Hello everybody, I am Hu Jingbo from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, China. It is a great honor to receive the Best Case in Chinese award at the 2020 NACRA conference. I would like to thank ICRA and NACRA for their support, which has provided a powerful motivation for our case writing.
NACRA selected Zhengbang, one of China’s top 500 enterprises as our research object, focusing on the development of the pig-breeding business. We analyzed the characteristics of the three model of their pig-breeding business and the innovation path, discussed the challenges encountered in each stage and explored how the ambidextrous capability help to resolve these innovation challenges.
