Dr. Stanley Bruce Thomson holds a PhD in business management from Monash University in Melbourne Australia. His area of knowledge extends is in organizational behavior with a focus on diversity management and human resource management in both domestic and international settings. He has published over 50 articles in academic journals and conferences as well as several book chapters and a book on religion and stigmas in the workplace. His work has appeared in International Journal of Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Journal, Thunderbird International Business Review and Chinese Management Studies. Dr. Thomson has taught in Australia at Monash University, in the Caribbean at St. George’s University and in Canada at MacEwan University and the University of Alberta.
