Yi Wu

Dr. Yi WU is an associate professor in SILC Business School, Shanghai University. She has over 20 years teaching experiences, teaching courses including Managing People and Organizations, Sustainable Enterprises, Human Resources Management, etc. As a management scholar, her research interests include corporate social and environmental sustainability, stakeholder management, service innovation, etc. She has published a range of academic research articles and case studies. She has successfully hosted a National-sponsored Social Sciences Funding Project. During her visiting scholarship in Darden Graduate School of Business, she co-authored and published in Darden Business Publishing a case on stakeholder management entitled “Tranlin, Inc.” with Professor Edwards Freeman, “the Father of Stakeholder Theory”, and other Darden colleagues. Another case was published on the Global Platform of China Cases. She was awarded Shanghai’s “Talent Cultivation Awards”. She has also provided HRM consulting for several companies.
