Prof. Wansi Chen, doctor of Management, postdoc in human resource management, visiting scholar of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, teaches in the school of business, East China University of Science and Technology, and works as the director of the Case Study Center. Her research interests center around leadership and innovation management. She presided over more than 10 projects, including the project of National, Ministry of Education, and provincial fund. She published 2 monograph and 26 papers in CSSCI, SSCI like JAP, IJHRM, JBP and so on as the first author/corresponding author. 2 of her cases (including 1 first author) have been listed among National 100 Excellent Management Cases. She has developed several business teaching cases published by Ivey Publishing, China Management Case-sharing Center, etc. She received Provincial Teaching Achievement Award 3 times and the first prize of Case Teaching Award. She has long been committed to the research of teaching and study cases of Chinese enterprises.
