Xiaohua Yang
Dr. Xiaohua Yang is Professor of International Business and the director of China Business Studies Initiative in the School of Management at the University of San Francisco. She has held faculty and visiting positions at a number of other universities around the world. Her areas of interests include internationalization of emerging economy corporations, corporate social responsibility and sustainability in multinational corporations, and, expatriate performance management, immigrant entrepreneurship, innovation system in China, and international R&D strategic alliances. Professor Yang is a recipient of multiple Best Paper Awards from prestigious international conferences, a winner of Emerald Literati Award, a three-times recipient of the outstanding research award from the USF School of Management. Her work has appeared in international leading journals, including Journal of World Business, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Business Ethics Quarterly, and she served as a guest editor for a number of prestigious journals, including Asia Pacific Journal of Management and Thunderbird International Business Review, among others. She is also a prolific author of international business case studies.
