Cheryl Wang

Cheryl Wang has more than a decade of business management and development experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. She has helped successful, independently-owned Chinese business owners by providing them tailor-made solutions with respects to revenue management, corporate strategy, and client relations, expanding their businesses in Canada and helping them to stay competitive in the global tourism market. Based in both BC and Alberta, Cheryl is currently working as a project coordinator for Action for Healthy Communities to help promote cultural tourism businesses in Alberta. Cheryl holds a Master Degree in East Asian Studies from University of Toronto. Prior moving to Edmonton in 2020, she served as the director for Victoria Guest Services Network from 2017 – 2019, facilitating Chinese investors to invest and manage their small and medium sized businesses mainly on Vancouver Island.
